Overview
Cala Saladeta is a breathtaking, secluded cove nestled in a pine-forested bay on the west coast of Ibiza. Widely considered one of the most picturesque spots on the island, it boasts powdery golden sand and intense turquoise waters of remarkable clarity, framed by rustic fishermans' huts.
Unlike its busier neighbor Cala Salada, Cala Saladeta maintains a wild, untouched feel because there are no commercial services directly on the sand. Visitors must bring their own food, water, and umbrellas, and are treated to a more intimate and natural beach experience.
Reaching the cove requires a bit of adventure, as you must traverse a narrow rocky path over the cliffside separating the two beaches, which is not recommended for those with mobility issues. During summer, access by private car is restricted to prevent ecological damage, requiring visitors to park at Can Coix and take a shuttle bus or arrive by boat.
