Overview
Cala Tarida is a wide, shelter-shaped bay on the western coast of Ibiza, famous for its fine white sand and brilliant turquoise waters. The bay features several small rocky islets and sandbars close to the shore, creating a highly picturesque swimming area that remains shallow for a long distance.
The resort offers a broad range of services, including high-end beach clubs like Cotton Beach Club, local seafood restaurants, and family-friendly cafes. Active visitors can take advantage of the diving school, jet ski rentals, and paddleboarding.
Access to the beach varies: the northern side requires descending a flight of steep stone steps, while the southern side has direct, flat access from the street. Due to its popularity with hotel guests and locals alike, the beach gets very busy, particularly on hot summer weekends.
